We use the external connection with SMS Broadcast Australia to send reminder texts to delegates. Recently we have decided to not use a specific number and instead use the shared number pool. However, in the setup with EA it's a mandatory field to have a default send number. Speaking with SMS Broadcast Australia to use the shared number pool you need to have no send number included. Thankfully it still sends using the shared number pool, but we receive an email every time saying we need to verify the default send number. It would be useful to have the external connection with the default send number blank.
