External ID to handle case sensitive values

Hi,

we're setting up a Smart Connector between Salesforce and Eventsair.

The Salesforce Contact ID is case sensitive, the matching based on External ID unfortunately not. For example we have these three existing Salesforce Contact IDs:

    0037Q00000Y9xra
    0037Q00000Y9xRA
    0037Q00000Y9xrA

Using the data import with matching based on External ID we've found out that EventsAir handles these contacts as one. This should also be relevant for the Smart Connector.

Can you update the matching based on External ID to case sensitive values?
