Add a CreateAttachedDocument mutation

Hi,

I'm using the mutation "createPresentation" where there is a attachedDocumentIds field.

The problem is there is no way to create a new attached document, therefore no way to get the id.

Like the presentation-type and the status, it would be perfectly fine if the document type has to be created in Events AIR.
